Meet Dr. Paula Dygert, MD
Dr. Paula Dygert spent her early years as a physician working with her father in a small-town practice. They knew their patients well and could tailor the care to each patient’s needs. After moving to the West Coast and working in several other local primary care settings, Paula recognized she needed to open her own direct practice if she wanted to have the time necessary with each patient. Time she felt was critical to providing the very best care.
She founded Simplicity Direct Care to offer this alternative within her community.

Dr. Dygert’s passion for medicine led her to pursue a dual certification program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her medical expertise and passion for treating patients as whole people with holistic, evidence-based care is the heart behind everything at Simplicity Direct Care.

Choose a
Payment Plan
Sign up for either a monthly membership plan or a fee for service plan that gives you access to Dr. Dygert whenever you need her for all your primary care concerns.

Receive the
Care You Need
Whether you need a yearly physical, urgent care for an acute issue, or to explore a health concern, Dr. Dygert is available.
What about insurance?
The only insurance accepted and billed by Simplicity Direct Care is traditional Medicare and a few types of Premera commercial plans.* Patients under 65 without Premera or LifeWise can choose either a low monthly membership fee or a fee-for-service plan where they can submit receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement as an out-of-network expense or use Health Savings Accounts Funds to pay directly for services. Dr. Dygert is not accepting any Medicare Part C or Medicare Advantage Plans at this time.
Payment Options

Monthly payments are based on patient age as of date of enrollment into practice and are updated on January 1st each year.
Children (ages 0-18 years)
$50/mos. with adult family member
$75/mos. without adult family member
Young Adults (ages 19-26 years) $50/mos.
Adults ages 27-39 years $75/mos.
Adults ages 40-59 years $100/mos.
Adults ages 60-64 $115/mos.
Anyone who qualifies for Medicare is not eligible to participate in Direct Primary Care Membership. For patients with traditional Medicare insurance, Simplicity bills Medicare for visits.

Maximum Monthly Household/Family Membership Fee is $300/mos (up to 6 people). Additional people after 6 are $40/month.)

Physician Services at Simplicity Direct Care are billed directly to patient at approximately $100 per 20 minutes. Patients pay Simplicity Direct Care directly on the day of each appointment and can choose to submit receipts to their insurance company for reimbursement or use Health Savings Account Funds for payment.

Simplicity accepts and bills traditional Medicare Part B and their associated Medigap plans. We do not participate with Medicare Advantage plans (Medicare Part C).

We accept Premera Blue Cross, Premera Blue Cross HMO, LIfewise Health Plan and Lifewise Assurance Co. We do not accept any of Premera’s medicare advantage plans or any Medicare Part C plans.
